LyM provides customers from around the world with the latest in innovative and longest-lasting heat exchangers and related cooling component products. The company is proud to stand behind those products with a full, 48-month warranty against seal leakage, from date of invoice, and 5 years or 25,000 hours when specified on new OEM equipment.
LyM guarantees the components of the Mesabi® frames manufactured by LyM for a period of 18 months from the date of invoice. Under this warranty, LyM's obligation is limited to the repair or replacement (at LyM's option) of products or parts manufactured by LyM that are proven to be defective in workmanship or materials.
Damage or leaks due to accidents, misuse or corrosion are not guaranteed.
The warranty for components not manufactured by LyM will be that of the individual manufacturers. Operational requirements must be met and maintenance of individual manufacturers and their policies regarding the shipment and inspection of parts will apply claimed defective. LyM is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages or their related costs.
Consult LyM before proceeding with warranty claims. This warranty supersedes all previously published warranties.
Consult L. Y M. DE MEXICO before proceeding with warranty claims or repairs. Failure to do so may void this limited warranty. This limited warranty allocates the risk of failure of the product(s) between the Buyer and L. Y M. DE MEXICO and is reflected in the purchase price.
L. Y M. DE MEXICO warrants that MESABI® products will conform to the written quotation specifications and drawings. L. Y M. DE MEXICO framework components manufactured by LyM for a period of 18 months from date of invoice. Under this warranty, LyM’s obligation is limited to the repair or replacement (at LyM’s option) of products or parts manufactured by LyM that are proven to be defective in workmanship or material. L. Y M. DE MEXICO against seal leakage during Normal operation is set forth in the documentation for each product.

DE MEXICO does not apply if the product has been subjected to abnormal use or conditions, unauthorized modifications or repair, corrosion, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of LyM, including damage caused by shipping.L. L. Y M. DE MEXICO does not warrant products incorporated into L. Y M. DE MEXICO that are not manufactured by L. Y M. DE MEXICO Buyer's sole remedy with respect to such products shall be subject to the individual manufacturer's warranty.

DE MEXICO MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER MATTERS WITH RESPECT TO THE SALE OF PRODUCT(S) L. Y M. DE MEXICO AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED BY THE PRESENT. IN NO CASE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF L. Y M. DE MEXICO LIABILITY INCLUDE ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF L. Y M. DE MEXICO KNEW OF THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Any action or suit for breach of the limited warranty of these terms and conditions of L. Y M. DE MEXICO must start in Sonora (MX)This warranty supersedes all previously published warranties.
MESABI® RTTS® Tube and Shell Coolers are covered by warranty general of L. Y M. DE MEXICO along with the following Product Specific Warranty:
L. Y M. DE MEXICO guarantees MESABI® RTTS® Shell and Tube Coolers against leaks on the seals during normal operation for 48 months from the date of date of the bill on new coolers.
MESABI® Pleated Honeycomb Replacement Radiators for Caterpillar® are covered for the general guarantee of L. Y M. DE MEXICO along with the following Product Specific Warranty:
L. Y M. DE MEXICO guarantees MESABI® Engine Radiators against leaks in the seals during normal operation for 48 months from the date of billing for new radiators.
MESABI® Engine Radiators are covered by the general warranty of L. Y M. DE MEXICO along with the following Product Specific Warranty:
L. Y M. DE MEXICO guarantees MESABI® Engine Radiators against leaks in the seals during normal operation for 48 months from the date of billing for new radiators.
MESABI® Copper Tube Coolers are covered by the general warranty from L. Y M. DE MEXICO along with the following Product Specific Warranty:
L. Y M. DE MEXICO warrants MESABI® standard Copper Tube Coolers against seal leakage during normal operation for 48 months from of the billing date for new coolers.
MESABI® Aluminum Tube Coolers are covered by warranty general from L. Y M. DE MEXICO along with the following Product Specific Warranty:
L. Y M. DE MEXICO guarantees MESABI® standard Aluminum Tube Coolers against seal leakage during normal operation for 48 months at from date of invoice on new coolers.
MESABI® CSC™ 350 is covered by L. Y M. DE MEXICO together with the following product-specific warranty:
L. Y M. DE MEXICO warrants MESABI® CSC™ 350 High Pressure Coolers against seal leakage during normal operation for 48 months from of the billing date for new coolers.
MESABI® CSC™ 500 is covered by L. Y M. DE MEXICO together with the following product-specific warranty:
L. Y M. DE MEXICO warrants MESABI® CSC™ 500 High Pressure Coolers against seal leakage during normal operation for 48 months from the billing date for new coolers.
High Efficiency Aluminum Tube Charge Air Coolers MESABI® are covered by warranty general of L. Y M. DE MEXICO along with the following Product Specific Warranty:
L. Y M. DE MEXICO warrants Copper Tube Charge Air Coolers MESABI® against seal leakage during normal operation for 48 months from date of billing for new coolers.
Complete MESABI® Cooling Packages are covered by warranty general of L. Y M. DE MEXICO along with the following Product Specific Warranty:
L. Y M. DE MEXICO guarantees RTTS Tube and Shell Coolers ® MESABI® against leaks on seals during normal operation for 48 months starting desde invoice date on new coolers.
MESABI® System Protector™ Shell and Tube Coolers are covered by the overall guarantee of L. Y M. DE MEXICO along with the following Product Specific Warranty:
L. Y M. DE MEXICO guarantees the System Protective Shell and Tube Coolers (System Protector™) MESABI® against leaking seals during normal operation during 48 months from date of invoice for new chillers.
